    When you access our website or retrieve a file, data about this process is stored in a log file on our web server. In detail, the following data may be stored

    - We store your IP address for security reasons. In this case, we assume that your interest in the protection of your data is not overriding.
    - When using the open source reach service Matomo, we anonymize your IP address for the statistical evaluation of user behaviour and to improve the usability of our website.

    We do not pass on your personal data to third parties unless you have consented to such data transfer, the data transfer takes place to fulfill our contractual obligations or we are entitled or obliged to pass on data due to legal provisions and/or official or court orders.

    Your personal data in accordance with section 4 will be processed for as long as necessary to fulfill the request or as required by law. We store your IP address with log files and URLs accessed without a direct name reference for 14 days for analysis, intrusion detection and troubleshooting.

    Personal data that is required to answer your request and provide our website or that we are legally obliged to collect must be provided by you.

  11. Automated decision-making including profiling
    We do not use any automated processing processes, including profiling, to reach a decision on the establishment and performance of a contractual relationship (Art. 22 DSGVO). Should we use these processes in individual cases, we will inform you of this separately if this is required by law.

    On the Celitement.de website, you have the option of contacting us and requesting material samples, for example. The personal data that is transmitted to us in the process can be seen from your e-mail.   16. Matomo®
    When using Matomo, no cookies are used; this means that individual users cannot be distinguished from one another and returning users cannot be identified. In order to ensure the protection of users' personal data, the controller of the website has activated the so-called “IP anonymization”. This means that users' IP addresses are only processed in abbreviated form, i.e. anonymized.
